Our personal training programs are highly specific and individualized to the needs of each person. Whether you are looking to increase your strength, decrease your body fat or improve your overall health and fitness, we can design and guide you through the perfect program for your goals. We believe in a holistic approach to training - not gimmicks. Your program will include nutritional counseling as well as the latest in exercise techniques and equipment.
Personal Training Includes:
- Comprehensive needs assessment and goal setting
- Initial measurements and/or photo and ongoing periodic followups in relation to your goal time line and expectations
- One-on-One highly specific training sessions up to an hour long per session
- Accountability (continuous planning - once you've made your goals clear, we won't let you forget them!)
- Bonus information and support: Emails containing interesting articles or information that is pertinent to you, encouragement through low motivation, continuous sounding board for your health and fitness questions, etc.
Personal Training Rates:
In our gym location: $75/session
In your home/your location: $90/session
Semi-private (2-3 people) in your home: $120/session
Virtual (facetime/zoom, etc): $68/session
